So often misunderstood;
So called good posture is actually a by-product of this Rolls Royce of a technique.

Course structure and Teaching methods
I will be teaching by using practical demonstrations, simple exercises and visual illustrations
as well as stories and explanations.
There is little academic content, all the ideas are easy to understand and full notes are provided.
As it is easier to learn when you have fun and feel good. I aim to make my teaching enjoyable, intriguing and light hearted.
I have been involved with the Alexander Technique for 22 years including a three year full time teachers training and sixteen years teaching it professionally. I have refined my teaching method over these years and have incorporated many ways of accelerating people's learning.
Anything Else-
Please wear loose trousers (preferably avoid jeans) so you can lie comfortably on your back with your knees up.
Obviously, no previous experience is required.
